Villa Rosa is an intimate, conveniently-located community with amenities to satisfy many interests. We have a comfortably-equipped fitness area in our Clubhouse with different types of equipment, including a TV to entertain you as you work out.
Our Clubhouse provides a facility for organized HOA social functions held several times a year. And all quarterly Board meetings are held here as well. The Clubhouse also accommodates friends for card games, mahjongg, etc. In addition, we have a small bookshelf library with the books provided by the residents for all to use.
We have a heated swimming pool and spa, with comfortable lounges and chairs for sunning or relaxing while socializing with neighbors.
There are three lakes within the community which provide water views and tranquility throughout our peaceful, quiet community.
Villa Rosa is located adjacent to Sarasota County’s Urfer Family Park, which provides a unique combination of recreational and learning opportunities. The park offers playgrounds for toddlers through teens; picnic areas; exercise stations along the fitness trail; and a one-mile nature trail winding through pine flatwoods, and adjacent to forested wetlands. A boardwalk also overlooks wetland areas. One of the more unique characteristics of Urfer Family Park is the rehabilitated Dr. C. B. Wilson House, a historic structure constructed circa 1906. Take the self-guided tour through the first floor to learn about the historic Dr. C.B. Wilson House and other fascinating historical aspects of Sarasota County.
