Villa Rosa of Sarasota is a gated community consisting of 177 homes and includes a pool, spa, and a clubhouse, which accommodates a relatively well-equipped fitness area.

The surrounding community affords residents with a variety of commercial shops, a family park, and it is just minutes away from Interstate I-75.

The Villa Rosa Sarasota Homeowners Association’s Board is elected by the Villa Rosa residents and is tasked with overseeing and maintaining the recreational facilities, common areas and general health and safety of its homeowner members in a way that ensures the residential integrity of the community. Administrative services to accomplish those goals are provided by Advanced Management. Inc. (AMI).

Fostering close, working relationships with local governmental agencies is a prime objective of the Board so that we are consistently aware of planning and development activities, zoning issues and other municipal activities that may impact Villa Rosa or it surrounding communities.

The Association encourages the participation of its residents in developing and improving services, facilities and processes necessary to achieve its stated objectives in its bylaws. Moreover, when necessary, we seek and promote residents’ understanding and cooperation in enforcement of those bylaws, as well as the Florida State Statutes governing Community Associations and other applicable codes.

The Board and our residents take pride in Villa Rosa’s reputation as a well-known, desirable community in which to live.
